Service ContractsAnnual or monthly contracts can be signed to provide a certain number of hours of remote dial-in and phone-based engineering support. Under our contracts, the on-call engineer, company president, vice president of engineering and vice president of operations are available for enhanced support services. Our service contract customers NEVER pay our emergency service rate. Monthly reports and typically an annual, on-site visit are provided as part of the annual contract. For monthly contract customers, monthly billing will be escalated or deescalated based on previous months’ usage.
