Wayne McNeil holds the position of Senior Sales Engineer. Wayne is a seasoned business professional with 25 years of experience in engineering and sales within the automation industry. His responsibilities include developing partnerships with manufactures and end users that rely on automation to meet the demands of their day to day operations.

Wayne has wide range of experience with automated systems including motion control, assembly, automated test and data handling systems. His previous experiences have offered him the opportunity to work closely with the engineering staff at Patti Engineering. He understands how to deploy the expertise at Patti Engineering to provide value added design, engineering and programming to meet today and tomorrow’s demands in the automation industry.

In addition to completing numerous training courses, he completed Associates of Science degrees in robotics and electrical engineering technologies at Delta College. He has also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Saginaw Valley State University in electrical engineering.

Wayne lives in Saginaw, MI with his family and enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and snowmobiling in Northern Michigan.
